Addyi (Sprout Pharmaceuticals)
Addyi is a first-of-its-kind prescription treatment for Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder (HSDD) in pre and post-menopausal women, requiring a thoughtful, compliant, and emotionally intelligent brand approach.
I assisted in developing and refining Addyi’s brand look and feel across digital and physical touchpoints, helping establish visual consistency, clarity, and trust throughout the patient journey. Working closely with a small, agile in-house design team, I supported the creative direction and execution of strategic social media initiatives, contributing to both visual design and copy development for ongoing content and campaigns.
With limited production resources, I also helped guide the photography style and visual direction, ensuring imagery felt cohesive, human, and aligned with the brand’s tone. This included shaping visual guidelines that maximized available assets while maintaining a polished, intentional aesthetic.
My role additionally included the design of a refreshed consumer-facing website, balancing regulatory requirements with an approachable, empathetic user experience. I also contributed to the design of tradeshow displays and supporting collateral, translating the brand into large-scale, high-impact environments while maintaining cohesion within the broader visual system.
This work required close cross-functional collaboration, strong creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of how design can support education, connection, and confidence within a highly regulated healthcare space.
